1. Stukita
& Angelito vs. Pequeno Nitro & Pequeño Universo 2000
Totally fun
minis opener that was getting better and better throughout its duration.
Universo didn’t seem like much early on, but he got better and became the
silent MVP of the match. Great structure really helped too. Shame Stukita
didn’t use highspots again, though.

2. Marcela,
Princesa Sujei, Skadi vs. Amapola, Tiffany, Comandante
Solid match
with some sweet asskicking, but nothing special overall, just a match.

3. Esfinge,
Pegasso, Blue Panther Jr. vs. Disturbio, Nitro, Skandalo
NO!
4. MATCH
RELAMPAGO: Delta vs. Felino
Good MR, not
even five minutes long, but they used it damn well, they were intense and
focused. I’ve never seen Delta so motivated. Felino decided to show up, and
he’s always a fun watch in that mode.

5. Blue
Panther, Angel de Oro, Triton vs. Gran Guerrero, Hechicero, Vangelis
Great random
trio match. All the matwork sessions in primera were nice, especially the one
between, you guess it – Hech and Panther. Segunda was a Gran Guerrero show,
dude took some hard bumps, I’m telling ya, major props for that. Tercera was
real deal, with many dramatic and unexpected shifts and turns, highlighted by
two rad gang beatdowns on Blue Panther. It had cool highspots and counter
attacks. Man, you can never underestimate CMLL and its weird, random booking,
there are many trios that look so random and awkward on paper but turn out damn
good. Swank match!

6. Atlantis,
Maximo, Stuka Jr. vs. Terrible, Rey Bucanero, Bobby Z
Solid match,
but ultimately it was rather disappointing. It did have some decent comedy and
quality brawling/asskicking, but as a whole this was nothing but a mediocre
trio, but since it was main event, I gotta label it as firm disappointment.
Poor Zavala, he finally reaches main event only to be totally screwed by
circumstances and uninspired booking. Maximo was great here, though, but you
already knew that.
**3/4
