2.      MIKAMI & Gorgeous Matsuno vs. Nuru Nuru Brothers (Michael Nakazawa & Tomomitsu Matsunaga)

What was expected to be a parody, turned into a good and compelling story, only in DDT, I swear.

3.      Toru Owashi & Kazuki Hirata vs. Antonio Honda & Hoshitango

Owashi doesn’t want Hirata’s “stupid dance” and removes his dance mask backstage, Hoshitango and Honda pick it up and the rest if history… of trolling school. Nothing but LOVE for DDT!

4.      DJ Nira vs. Daisuke Sasaki

Some storytelling attempts were interesting, and I got what were they trying to accomplish, but they almost failed, luckily there’s enough swag in Nira to save the day.

5.      Yasu Urano & Akito vs. Shigehiro Irie & Soma Takao

Standard by-the-numbers tag with Takao being mediocre as always, Urano doing his… thing, and Irie/Akito chemistry looking mindblowing promising.

6.      Kota Ibushi 10^th Anniversary Match: Sanshiro Takagi, Shuji Ishikawa, Gota Ihashi vs. Kota Ibushi, HARASHIMA, Konosuke Takeshita

First two thirds were a total carnage of comedy, fun spots everywhere, then the last chapter was all in the ring, good stuff overall, the finish was absolutely fucking SICK, and I’m seriously wondering how the hell did Ihashi exactly survive that devastating, neck crushing finisher from Ibushi. That was a truly frightening moment.

7.      KO-D OW Title Challenger Tournament - FINAL: Tetsuya Endo vs. Keisuke Ishii

Ishii is 29, Endo is just 23, and it’s just incredible how they performed like they’re two cunning veterans with 30 years of experience under the belt each. The winner gets a top title shot, and both guys are into it, they’re not joking or fooling around, shit is on. Ishii is 6 years older and has experience and statistics on his side, while Endo is just a 3 year pro, so the roles are clear and defined. Fuck it, I’m tired and don’t want to write anymore, TLDR the match is fantastic, go watch it etc.
