No. 1 Cont. for NXT Championship:
Tyler Breeze vs. Finn Balor
Well, this
sucked, Finn Balor was awful and Breeze is a much better wrestler but just
couldn’t save the match. The match was so cold, tame and edgeless. Balor’s
entrance theme is also the WOAT.

NXT Women’s Championship: Becky
Lynch vs. Sasha Banks ©
Incredible
match and I’m quite damn shocked! Or maybe I shouldn’t be, because Sasha is
fabulous and here match with Charlotte Flair was outstanding, but I’ve never
seen or heard of Becky Lynch before, and it fucking turns out she’s right up
there with Sasha, maybe even better at some areas! Fucking WOW! This was just
beautiful, both girls focused on each other’s arm and it was both brutal and
gracious at the same time, felt like a groovy mix of Yuki Ishikawa and Virus.
Both chicks sold super and the pacing was tremendous, not to mention the
amazing finish. I fucking loved this, hands down the best all things WWE match
of the year, yes – even better than Reigns/Bryan from Fastlane.
P.S. And
holy shit, is that Drake Younger refereeing the match? Huh…

NXT Championship: Sami
Zayn vs. Kevin Owens ©
Great little
brawl with Zayn looking for shortcuts and relying on bomb-throwing since his
arm is injured and he can’t work a long match, that’s some good planning and
strategy. I really liked this, the brawling portions were intense and well
done, the in-ring stuff was vivid, the only flaw is kind of messy finish with
all the refs looking like retards and the official call was never made. Samoa
Joe made his debut and a potential match with Steen is the first Joe match I’m
looking forward to since… uh… 2011? I don’t know anymore. Needless to say, the
announcers were fucking HORRIBLE at calling his debut.
