I remember two or three years ago me and my brother were talking about how Angle vs. Aries could be an incredible match, but only of Kurt let Aries call the shots. And here we are, they finally met, but TNA is a dying company now and everything they do becomes instantly irrelevant simply due to dark clouds hanging above their heads. Also how naïve of us that the almighty Kurt would let anyone but him put together a match. I’m firmly confident that Angle has only watched his own matches since coming to TNA. Because that’s the only somehow rational explanation to why he sucks so damn much, he’s just a walking abomination of a pro-wrestler. Kind of like Elgin. When you watch a Kurt Angle match, everything just reeks of his pretentious buffoonery, he’s such a one trick pony, and very stupid one too, it’d be funny if it wasn’t sad already. Naturally, with all that being said, we got your typical Kurt Angle big match clichés that consist of kicking out of at least two finishers of his opponent, obligatory ankle lock exchanges, his opponent going to the top turnbuckle so the almighty Kurt can belly-to-belly him, idiotic closing runs, etc. Fuck this match and fuck Kurt Angle. I hope Aries runs away from TNA ASAP, he deserves much better than this urine-soaked shithole.
